Ford Bronco ORV Package Adds Suspension, Armor and Lighting for $18,995
Ford’s dealer-installed ORV bundle equips select 2025–26 four-door Broncos for trail use, with FOX suspension, Raptor armor and a three-year/36,000-mile warranty.

Ford’s Bronco ORV Package bundles trail-focused upgrades into one dealer-installed build, addressing a familiar problem for owners: sourcing parts from multiple suppliers and checking that wheels, tires, lighting and suspension work together. Priced at $18,995 before dealer installation charges and tires, the limited-edition package is a factory-backed starting point for select 2025 and 2026 four-door Broncos.

The package comes through Ford Custom Garage and combines Ford Accessories with Ford Racing Parts under a configuration-specific part number. It adds suspension, underbody protection, lighting, a modular front bumper, wheels and appearance pieces. It isn’t a separate Bronco model or a replacement for the capability built into the vehicle. Its appeal is the coordinated fitment, along with dealer installation and supplemental warranty coverage.

Suspension and tire fitment
A FOX suspension kit anchors the build. Ford describes its goals as more ground clearance, revised damping and greater articulation. Those changes are aimed at giving the Bronco more room over obstacles, helping the tires maintain contact on uneven terrain and managing body movement when the surface gets rough. The source doesn’t provide lift height or other suspension measurements.

Black WELD wheels measure 17 by 8.5 inches and were developed by Ford Racing Parts with WELD Racing Wheels. A black chrome lug nut kit is included. The 17-inch diameter leaves room for a taller tire sidewall, which can help on rocky trails and when tires are aired down.

Tires are sold separately, giving buyers and dealers a choice based on intended use. Ford recommends 315/70R17 tires, approximately 34 inches tall. The package also includes Ford Performance’s ProCal tool to recalibrate the speedometer for the larger tire diameter, correcting the speed and distance readings affected by the size change.

Havoc fender flares, made from impact-resistant ABS, complete the wheel-arch fit. The flares are intended to stand up to brush and trail contact while accommodating the larger tire setup.

Protection and recovery hardware
Underneath, the ORV package uses the skid plate and fuel tank plate from the Bronco Raptor, with installation hardware included. Along the body, black Trail Armor rocker panels protect the lower sides of the four-door Bronco. They’re molded from thermoplastic olefin and attach with automotive-grade high-bond tape, avoiding drilled mounting holes.

The rocker panels come with a blackout graphic, but their fitment has limits: they’re for four-door models and don’t fit the Raptor. At the rear, red powder-coated tow hooks mount below the bumper, with provisions for both left and right sides. The hooks serve as recovery points and fit Bronco models from 2021 through 2026.

Front-end equipment and lighting
A modular front bumper brings a tougher look and added protection. Ford says the bumper was factory-tested to meet OEM crash standards and retains park aid, preserving that convenience feature after installation.

For night driving away from street lighting, the package includes a RIGID auxiliary lighting kit with four-inch LED lights. A factory-style switch panel, wiring harness and hardware are part of the installation. The auxiliary switch kit is also designed to support additional aftermarket lights or accessories, giving owners room to expand without adding a separate cluster of controls.

Appearance and availability
Visual changes include red caps over the grille lettering, coordinated with the red tow hooks, plus a matte black stealth hood decal. The Blue Oval is blacked out, and a black metallic Bronco emblem replaces the standard tailgate badge. A Bronco ORV fender badge with a wild horse graphic identifies the package.

Some equipment shown in Ford’s photos isn’t included as standard. Matte film protection, a Ford Performance exhaust and an ARB air compressor are among the pictured extras; buyers should check with a dealer about adding them.

Ford offers the ORV Package for select 2025 and 2026 four-door Base, Big Bend and Outer Banks Broncos. The Badlands and Raptor are excluded. Eligibility also depends on the vehicle’s configuration, including trim, camera setup, Lux equipment and whether it has the Sasquatch Package, so the package part number must match the specific Bronco.

Warranty and price
The package carries a supplemental Ford Racing Parts warranty of three years or 36,000 miles, starting from the new vehicle’s in-service date and honored at Ford dealerships nationwide. The source says installation by a Ford dealer or ASE-certified technician won’t void the standard new-vehicle warranty.

MSRP is $18,995. Dealer pricing and installation charges vary, and tires cost extra. Ordering goes through a Ford dealer. For buyers who want a trail-focused Bronco without coordinating each component themselves, the package’s strongest case is the combination of matched parts, tire calibration and warranty coverage; the final cost depends on installation and the tires selected.
